We know what it’s like to REALLY want your package so if your item isn’t preorder then we will ship your item within 24 hours of receiving your funds. So I’m sure you have some questions so here’s a few!

We Ship Worldwide from our Warehouse.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post or a courier service depending on your location.
Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours Monday – Friday.
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Unless you have ordered a pre-order product then it will be shipped within the time period stated in the listing.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details and shipping notifications via email.
Please allow 5-10 business days for deliveries within Australia and 7-30 business days for international orders.
Free shipping for domestic orders over $100.
We offer standard and express post options. Please choose express in checkout if you need the item quickly.

On international orders any import taxes or fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Under 500g is $9.00 postage within Australia
501g to 3kg is $13.70 postage within Australia
Over $100 spend is free postage within Australia

N.Z. $25 Postage total
UK $38 Postage total
$20 postage total Rest of World
Over $200 spend is free postage on all International orders.

A. Yes, we ship worldwide.

Q. What is the cost for my shipping?
A. Australia standard shipping AU$9.00 Australia express shipping AU$13.00.
A. International courier shipping only on orders over AU$120.00 and shipping cost is AU$20.00. Please note that International customers may incur customs fees and duties. We advise that you contact the relevant government body in your country for information on what these charges you may incur.

Q. Do you offer Free shipping for larger orders?
A. Yes, we offer Free shipping in Australia on all orders over AU$100.00.

Q. When do I receive my order?
A. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment. We ship only on business days and shipping times are estimated between 3-7 days depending on your location in Australia. Overseas customers – shipping times are estimated between 4-25 days depending on your location.

Q. Can I send an order to an alternative address?
A. Yes, you’re able to fill out any delivery address in the checkout process.
